In February 2026, eleven Ukrainian government officials visited Japan to study initiatives in Kanagawa and Ibaraki Prefectures related to agricultural training and support for women farmers. Drawing on the knowledge and insights gained through these study visits, the participants engaged in in-depth discussions on establishing a more effective and efficient horticultural agriculture training program.
