NTCI’s Efforts to Support Ukraine’s Agricultural Recovery Featured on TV
| NTC International Co., Ltd., which is implementing the Project for Supporting the Recovery of Agricultural Productivity in Ukraine funded by Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), dispatched staff member Mr. Fukuda to Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, in October. In November, the company also invited agricultural stakeholders from Ukraine to Japan as part of its ongoing support activities.
At the same time, NTCI has been engaged for many years in cultivation demonstration projects commissioned by Japan’s Ministry of the Environment in Iitate Village, Fukushima Prefecture, to support recovery efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake. The experience and knowledge gained through these initiatives are expected to contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction and agricultural recovery as well. These activities were recently featured in a news program broadcast by Nippon TV.
